Yes. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. Your account is what keeps your work backed up and in sync, so a lost or broken phone never means a lost invoice history.

No, InvoiceStamp needs an internet connection. Your documents are saved to the cloud as you work, which is how they stay safe and available on all your devices.

InvoiceStamp is made for business use: freelancers, agencies and companies who bill clients. It is not meant for personal or household use.

Invoices, quotations and sale orders. Each type keeps its own numbering (INV-, QUO- and SO- by default), so your paperwork stays organized.

Yes. Choose the prefix, suffix, starting number and how many digits to pad to. InvoiceStamp blocks duplicate numbers, so you never send two invoices with the same one.

Yes. Save clients with their billing and shipping addresses and tax IDs, or bring them in straight from your phone’s contacts. Products keep their price, unit, default tax and discount, and an image. Next time, just pick them.

Your logo and brand color, a signature, bank details, a QR code, notes and terms, item images and section headers to group your lines. You also set the issue, due and supply dates, with quick due-date options from same day to Net 60.

Yes. Add a discount on any line, as a percentage or a fixed amount, and the totals update right away.

Yes. Pick a color from the palette, enter any hex code, or let InvoiceStamp take the color straight from your logo. It follows through the header, title and totals.

Yes. Draw your signature with your finger, type it, or upload a scan. It appears on every document you send.

InvoiceStamp supports 97 currencies, so you can bill each client in the currency they pay in. Amounts always show two decimals, and the PDF spells out the total in words.

Set a tax rate on each line, choose whether it is added on top or already included in your prices, and give it the name you use, such as VAT or TVA. InvoiceStamp works out the tax and the total due for you.

Yes. Twenty kinds of legal identifiers are built in, including ICE, RC, IF, SIREN, SIRET, NIF, EIN, ABN, GST and CNPJ, and they print on your PDFs.

InvoiceStamp turns your invoice into a PDF you can preview and zoom before sending. On iPhone and Android, share it through any app on your phone, such as Mail or WhatsApp, or save it to your device. On the web, download the PDF.

No. InvoiceStamp does not collect payments for you. Add your bank details or a QR code to the invoice, and record the payment in the app when it arrives.

Yes. Record full or partial payments by cash, bank transfer, card, cheque or another method, and each document shows whether it is unpaid, partly paid or paid. Your home screen adds up your totals by week, month, quarter or year.

No. InvoiceStamp has one plan, InvoiceStamp Pro, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play, and new subscribers start with a free trial. It includes unlimited invoices, quotations and sale orders, unlimited saved clients and products, and every template.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly, and paying yearly costs less over a year. The current prices are on our home page, in US dollars, and the App Store or Google Play shows your price in your own currency before you subscribe.

Yes. New subscribers get a free trial on both the monthly and the yearly plan, and the home page shows how long it lasts. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you turn off auto-renew in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before it ends, you won’t be charged at all. If you’ve had a trial before, your plan starts straight away.

Yes. In the app, open Settings, then Subscription, and choose Switch to Yearly or Switch to Monthly. Before you confirm, the app shows when the change takes effect and what you’ll be charged.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and renew automatically. Cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policies.

Premium features, such as the premium templates, stop being available, but your data and every document you have already created stay accessible.

Your documents, clients and settings are stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and your files in private storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, so we never see your password.

Never. We do not sell, rent or trade your data or your clients’ data. We share it only with the providers that run the service: Cloudflare, Google Firebase, and Apple or Google for subscriptions.

You can delete your account from the app’s settings. Your account data is deleted within 90 days. Download any invoices you need to keep first, since you may have a legal duty to keep invoicing records.

Most details can be edited directly in the app. For a copy of your data or any other request, email legal@invoicestamp.com from the address on your account. We respond within one month.
